You will be able to specify wood species, board texture, finish and size from our standard selection. Custom wood species available upon request.
Western Red Cedar
Composed mostly of heartwood, these trees are naturally insect repellent. The wood has a fine texture, is highly decay resistant and finishes well. It can be specified with tight knots or no knots at all (clear). Color of the lumber can vary. A single board might exhibit chocolate to blonde coloring - part of the unique character of your door.
Western/Mountain Hemlock
This wood exhibits a very fine texture and is highly decay resistant. It is recommended for doors that will be painted rather then stained. Dark streaks are characteristic of the lumber. These are often unseen because the wood can be easily painted.

WARRANTY
One Year Limited Warranty: If any of the parts or materials used in manufacturing your Presidential Series door become defective within one year of date of purchase, your door will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer at its option. All doors must be properly sealed and maintained in accordance with the one year limited warranty.
